- Everyone taking part in the walks does so at their own risk.
- No responsibility or legal liability in relation to those taking part in any GAYSWAG-organised event is assumed by GAYSWAG as a group, or by the group organisers or the walk leader(s).
- When you join a walk, you accept these conditions and that GAYSWAG, the group organisers and the walk leader(s) will bear no liability for any accident, injury or loss incurred during the event or when travelling to or from the event.
