| From the starting point we pass behind Michelham Priory, through Bramble Grove and Wilmington Wood to Caneheath. We then head via Beacon’s Wood and Park Wood back to Upper Dicker for refreshments in The Plough. The weather looks wet and it is likely to be muddy in places, so please bring suitable waterproofs & footwear. |

We head up from Alfriston onto the South Downs Way, then head south-east towards Seaford, before circling back towards our starting point. Refreshments in a local hostelry in Alfriston.
